Submission procedure

Submission

We invite submissions for 20-minute presentations (plus 10-minute discussions). Submissions should be anonymous, full articles, at most 10 pages in length, footnotes and bibliography included. The text should be in Times New Roman, 12pt, justified and single spaced, with 2.5cm left and right margins and 3cm top and foot margins. The title should be centered in bold.
 
The conference languages are English and French.
 
On-line submission is now open.

Evaluation

Submissions will be refereed blindly by an international selection committee. The scientific committee assigns submissions to reviewers on the basis of their domains of expertise. Except in special cases (submission too long, too short or inappropriate) each submission is sent to two reviewers. The final selection is established by the scientific committee.

Notification

The authors are notified of the result in a message including the comments from the reviewers. These comments are sent to authors to help them prepare their presentation or understand the assessment of their submission.

Publication

The Proceedings will be published after the conference. The publishing details as well as the deadline for the submission of the final versions of the articles will be communicated at a later stage.
